BioLuster Research Center Ltd. (BLRCL) is a non-profit research organization founded in 2023, uniting over 300 active researchers from biological and related fields across national and international institutions. With a dedicated Bioinformatics Laboratory for drug discovery and development, BLRCL has already produced 200+ research articles in reputed journals.
Alongside research, BLRCL is engaged in academic publishing and global collaborations, fostering innovation, mentoring young scientists, and strengthening the international research community.

Dr. Md. Toerqul Islam is the Co-Founder and Director of BioLuster Research Center Ltd. and serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at Gopalganj Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. A renowned researcher recognized among the world’s top 2% scientists, he has authored and co-authored over 500 scientific articles in leading international journals. Dr. Islam has supervised numerous postgraduate students and continues to contribute to advancing pharmaceutical and biomedical sciences through his research, mentorship, and academic leadership.
Md. Shimul Bhuia is the Co-Founder and Deputy Director of BioLuster Research Center Ltd. (BLRCL) and the Chief Executive Officer of BioLuster Academy, a non-profit educational platform dedicated to making knowledge freely accessible to learners worldwide. As the lead researcher of BLRCL, he has authored over 120 scientific articles in reputed international journals. He actively supervises research projects and young scholars, contributing to the advancement of scientific innovation, open-access education, and global research collaboration.
Prof. Mohammad S. Mubarak is an Advisor of BioLuster Research Center Ltd. (BLRCL) and a distinguished Professor of Chemistry with academic appointments at The University of Jordan and Indiana University, USA. Recognized among the world’s top 2% scientists, he has made significant contributions to the field of chemistry through impactful research, international collaborations, and mentorship. Prof. Mubarak has supervised numerous graduate and doctoral students, fostering scientific excellence and innovation across disciplines.
